Business Assistant – Senior Stakeholder Support

About the role
This position places you at the centre of the International Consumer Bank’s operations, providing high‑level administrative support to senior stakeholders. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning while building strong relationships across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage diaries, meetings, conference calls and off‑site events.
- Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings in line with corporate policies.
- Handle client interactions and support departmental activities.
- Participate in projects, organising town halls and off‑site gatherings.
- Partner with support groups and business management to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee distribution lists and technology usage.
- Align daily tasks with group priorities and business expectations.
Required profile
- Professional client handling and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong diary‑management judgment.
- Excellent executive communication, both written and verbal.
- Experience arranging travel and creating accurate itineraries.
- Proactive ownership, flexibility and adaptability to change.
- High‑level technical capability and awareness of expense systems.
- Polished, professional approach in a pressured environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
