Business Consultant (German-speaking)

About the role

As a Business Consultant with German language proficiency, you will lead complex IT implementations for a range of clients. You will combine strong consulting experience with hands‑on delivery, ensuring successful go‑lives, adoption and measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of enterprise software across multiple business units.
• Act as the primary trusted advisor during implementation and post‑go‑live phases.
• Define scope, processes, interfaces and milestones together with the client.
• Translate business requirements into clear IT and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and calls with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to deliver on time, in full and within budget.
• Support system configuration, user setup and data migration activities.
• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to enable client self‑sufficiency.
• Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain post‑go‑live engagement to resolve issues and maximise ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation or ERP implementation.
• Professional fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to work in client‑facing, project‑based environments.
• University Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
