Business Developer – E‑Commerce & SaaS (Hamburg)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to join a newly created sales hub focused on the French market. The role combines B2B acquisition of e‑commerce and SaaS solutions with a modern, KPI‑driven environment that embraces flexibility, AI‑enhanced tools, and a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B clients for our digital platform, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Conduct consultative pitches using innovative AI tools to demonstrate product value.
• Contribute to the development of sales processes and collaborate closely with Lead Generation and Customer Success teams.
• Work under the direction of the Director Sales Europe to expand the French market footprint.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in online platforms or SaaS.
• Hunter mindset, resilient and comfortable in a startup‑style environment.
• Strong German language skills (C1) and good English (B2) for internal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Experience using digital and AI‑based sales tools.
