Business Development Manager – B2B2C

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to grow our B2B2C segment. You will drive revenue by acquiring new enterprise accounts, shape strategic direction, and work closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and leading the full sales cycle.
• Represent 1GLOBAL to potential customers and manage the entire acquisition process.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Develop and present integrated solutions that generate additional revenue for customers.
• Plan, optimise and implement scalable business processes.
• Execute continuous benchmark and performance analyses.
• Conceptualise growth initiatives and develop market entry and expansion strategies.
• Track and report sales KPIs to the leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier business school or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking or venture‑backed startups.
• Fluent English; German is a plus; willingness to travel across Europe.
• Experience in tech environments such as SaaS or telecommunications is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to engage C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
