Business Development Manager – Electric Vehicles (Germany)

About the role

Royal Enfield is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its Electric Vehicle (EV) portfolio in Germany. The role is remote‑first with regular travel across the country to engage partners, customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the internal EV champion, creating buy‑in for the product vision among stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy, Development, Brand, Marketing and Commercial teams to shape product positioning and launch plans.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes and channel‑specific initiatives.
• Develop and execute an annual brand plan to raise awareness of Royal Enfield EV offerings.
• Build and manage a stable channel network, fostering partnerships that accelerate market entry.
• Represent the company on customer visits, gathering feedback and promoting the benefits of EV solutions.
• Implement new processes and systems to support EV sales operations.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in sales within the automobile or motorcycle industry.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle market.
