Business Development Manager – Electric Vehicles (Remote, Germany)

About the role

Royal Enfield is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the launch and growth of its Electric Vehicle (EV) portfolio in Germany. Working remotely with travel across the country, you will act as the internal champion for EV products and drive market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the EV product evangelist, building awareness and understanding among internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with regional, product strategy, development, brand, marketing and commercial teams to shape product positioning and fast‑track time‑to‑market.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes and launch plans.
• Identify customer experience gaps, generate ideas, and drive initiatives that improve the EV offering.
• Develop brand activations, channel partnerships and a stable sales‑channel network for EV products.
• Create and execute an annual brand plan to raise awareness and aspiration for Royal Enfield EVs.
• Work with content and digital teams to produce communication assets for campaigns.
• Visit customers, gather feedback and represent the company in the field.
• Implement new systems or processes related to EV sales management.

Required profile

• University degree (any field).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in sales within the automobile or motorcycle industry.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong knowledge of the electric‑vehicle market.
