Business Development Manager – Germany

About the role

Be One Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth in the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle for ERP solutions, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s footprint across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Understand customers’ business environments and tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
• Build a solid pipeline through phone calls, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
• Prepare and present client proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate closely with SAP in Germany and support marketing activities such as translating success stories.
• Perform sales administration and related tasks.

Required profile

• Mandatory ERP background with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proven track record in sales management, preferably within IT or ERP.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and German (native level).
• Proactive, hardworking, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
