About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales within the payments and financial infrastructure sector. This remote‑first position focuses on generating new business and expanding strategic accounts across Germany and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing with senior decision‑makers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop consultative, tailored sales strategies that showcase the value of a unified payments and financial operations platform.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous feedback.
- Contribute to sales playbook refinement, Ideal Customer Profile definition, and accurate forecasting.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise or strategic B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or complex technology environments.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high‑performance setting.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous, remote environments.
