Business Development Manager

About the role

NYALA is looking for a Business Development Manager to own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while supporting marketing initiatives for its fintech solutions. You will work from our Mindspace office on Kurfürstendamm, collaborating with a multicultural team that is shaping the future of financial technology.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify inbound leads from website and demo forms.
• Research prospects, build Ideal Customer Profiles and create outbound lists using Apollo.
• Design and execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns, including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Conduct sales calls, demos, and prepare custom presentations and pricing proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, implement automations and custom workflows.
• Track KPIs, report on campaign performance and continuously optimise processes.
• Draft blog posts, whitepapers and LinkedIn content for the company and its leadership.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in fintech, software or blockchain.
• Comfortable working with both marketing and technology concepts.
• Proactive, curious about innovative technologies and able to communicate precisely.
• Strong English proficiency; German is a plus.
