Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a fast‑growing partner company that connects innovative startups with funding opportunities through technology‑driven solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on building long‑term relationships with founders and investors across Germany and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition by managing inbound leads and scheduling meetings with startup founders and potential clients.
• Present platform solutions, demonstrate value, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaigns, messaging and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities and support clients throughout onboarding.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales or a related managerial role.
• Proven track record of delivering growth results in startup ecosystems, investment banking or technology‑driven businesses.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and communication skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
