Business Development Manager – Vape/E‑cigarette (Germany)

About the role

This position focuses on managing and promoting a vape/e‑cigarette product line across the German market, with particular emphasis on Berlin and Southern Germany. The role combines client relationship management, market development, and partnership enhancement to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, chain‑store managers, and online retailers in the assigned region.
• Schedule regular client visits to ensure alignment with sales objectives and gather market feedback.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute local promotional activities in collaboration with retail partners.
• Collect and analyse market data, providing actionable insights to headquarters.
• Strengthen partnerships with top online retailers and distributors to optimise product placement and performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the vaping industry or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, independent work style with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
