Business Development Representative – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative who will focus on outbound prospecting to generate new enterprise leads for Unframe, an AI‑first startup delivering LLM‑powered applications. The role is fully remote and requires fluent French and English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new enterprise prospects via cold calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Research target accounts and tailor messaging to decision‑makers.
• Maintain activity records in CRM and continuously refine outreach messaging.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of outbound sales experience (BDR/SDR) in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of cold‑calling and email prospecting.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian) a plus.
• Experience using Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or similar tools.
