Business Development Representative – Spain (Remote)

About the role

Inhouse Mobility GmbH is automating compliance for international workforce deployment. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities in Spain and support our remote sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers via phone, email and other channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule targeted meetings for the sales team.
• Present our compliance solution in a clear, compelling manner.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create and refine lead‑generation strategies.
• Provide field feedback on value proposition, messaging and product features.
• Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM and track deal progress.

Required profile

• First experience in outbound B2B sales.
• Fluent in Spanish, German and English.
• Strong communication skills, curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with digital sales tools and systems.
• Interest in HR, compliance and global mobility topics.
