Business Development Specialist – Overseas Logistics

About the role

As a Business Development Specialist you will drive the growth of AsstrA’s overseas logistics services in the German market. You will focus on both ocean and air freight, building a strong client base and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the overseas logistics business (Ocean & Air) targeting German customers.
• Actively acquire new clients and build a personal customer portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with international operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end logistics solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, either in sales or a strong operational background in Ocean/Air transport.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable building business from scratch.
• Fluent in English and German.
