Campaign Manager – French Market (Berlin)

About the role

Join bonial’s fast‑growing team as a Campaign Manager focused on the French market. Based in Berlin, you will work with a dedicated French‑speaking campaign team to design, launch and optimise digital advertising programmes for retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored digital media strategies and recommendations based on client briefs and objectives.
• Set up and manage campaigns across bonial Media, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google & YouTube Ads, DV360 and other networks.
• Continuously monitor performance and optimise campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients during and after campaigns.
• Take full ownership of campaigns, seeking continuous improvement and innovation.
• Test new advertising networks, channels and formats to drive growth.
• Support operational excellence for French‑market clients.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance bonial’s offering.

Required profile

• Excellent French language skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with Snapchat, TikTok and programmatic platforms such as DV360.
• Experience in digital media buying and paid‑social campaign execution.
