Campaign & Partnerships Manager for Simplicissimus & Unfassbar

About the role

Electrify is looking for a Campaign & Partnerships Manager to drive brand collaborations for its flagship channels Simplicissimus and Unfassbar. You will work across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, turning advertiser interest into creative sponsorships that align with the channels' investigative and educational focus. The role blends sales, marketing and account management in a fast‑moving digital media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate brands and products suitable for partnership opportunities in German‑speaking markets.
• Manage advertising partners from initial outreach through to video publication.
• Develop creative concepts and execution ideas for campaigns across short‑form video platforms.
• Support the Campaigns and Partnerships team in day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of major social‑media platforms, especially short‑form/vertical video content.
• Interest in diverse marketing campaigns for large educational‑content creators.
• Reliability and ability to organise tasks independently.
• At least one year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills, comfort working with numbers and performance‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in German and English.
