Capital Formation Intern (m/w/d) für 3 bis 6 Monate

About the role

GREENPEAK is seeking a motivated Capital Formation Intern to join its Munich team for a period of three to six months. You will work closely with the Capital Formation group, gaining hands‑on experience in investor relations, fundraising, and private‑equity performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and profile potential investors (institutional, family offices, fund‑of‑funds) and support the creation of pitch decks and marketing materials.
• Prepare due‑diligence responses, update the company DDQ, and assist with fundraising‑related legal processes and data‑room management.
• Collaborate with the Investment Team to produce investment slides, track‑record files, and detailed metrics for investor due diligence.
• Maintain the investor database (e.g., Pipedrive), follow up on contacts, and support newsletters, email campaigns, and financial reporting.
• Analyse fundraising trends, PE market developments, and competitor activities; contribute to ad‑hoc analyses and internal reports.
• Assist in planning and executing investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.

Required profile

• Advanced or completed studies in economics, finance, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in private equity, capital markets, and institutional fundraising, preferably with prior internship experience in PE, investment banking, consulting, or investor relations.
• Excellent analytical abilities, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Organizational and multitasking talent with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Preqin, PitchBook, or similar data platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
