Chef de Rang – Service Staff (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang to join our new Berlin restaurant, Pamela, part of the Big Mamma group. As the face of the restaurant at the table, you will create genuine connections with guests and ensure a memorable dining experience from welcome to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, professionalism and energy.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and product knowledge.
• Build relationships and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit.
• Coordinate your section to maintain smooth, attentive service.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless dining.
• Uphold high service standards and handle guest requests confidently.

Required profile

• Previous experience as Chef de Rang or in a similar restaurant service role.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Fluent English; German or Italian language skills are a plus.
