Chemical Laboratory Technician – GLP Pesticide Analysis

About the role

Join Eurofins' state‑of‑the‑art laboratory in Hamburg as a Chemical Laboratory Technician. You will work on pesticide residue analysis under Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards, supporting a global leader in analytical testing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform chemical analyses using sample preparation methods such as extractions, concentration, SPE and QuEChERS.
• Operate modern instrumental analytical equipment and contribute to method development and optimisation.
• Maintain and test laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance.
• Support chemical procurement, safe handling and disposal procedures.
• Document all activities in line with GLP guidelines and follow established SOPs.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, CTA, Biological Laboratory Technician, BTA, Chemical Technician or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in German and/or English, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player, eager to learn and committed to accuracy and quality.
