Chemistry & Python Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Chemistry and Python specialist to join our AI training platform on a freelance basis. You will create and validate computational chemistry problems that help evaluate and improve AI systems for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational chemistry problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas and domain‑specific chemistry packages.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• Develop challenges that require non‑trivial reasoning in physical, quantum, and molecular modeling.
• Base tasks on real research challenges or practical chemistry applications.
• Verify solutions with Python scripts and standard computational chemistry methods.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation.
• At least 2 years of professional experience (research, applied work, or teaching).
• Experience with numerical methods and computational chemistry concepts.
• Excellent written English (C1 level or higher).
