Chief of Staff to CEO

About the role

Beam AI is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and founder on the company’s highest‑priority initiatives. This senior generalist role sits at the intersection of strategy, AI, and operations, turning ideas into execution and helping the organization move faster on critical work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategic and operational initiatives across market expansion, partnerships, solutions engineering, operations, and growth.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from concept through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and removing execution blockers.
• Support decision‑making with research, analysis, and clear recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and materials for leadership, customer, and investor discussions.
• Improve internal processes and leverage AI tools to increase speed and efficiency.
• Step into ambiguous or urgent problems, take ownership, and drive resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced environments such as high‑growth startups, top‑tier strategy consulting, investment banking, founder’s office, or business operations.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing projects from idea to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, rapidly changing settings.
• Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action.
• AI‑native mindset, already using AI tools to enhance work.
