Chief Representative – Germany Office

About the role

The Chief Representative will lead Dubai Chambers’ presence in Germany, driving strategic engagement with government bodies, business associations and key stakeholders. Based in Frankfurt, the role ensures the implementation of Dubai’s international economic agenda and promotes the emirate as a global business hub.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Dubai Chambers’ international strategy in Germany, aligning with Dubai’s economic priorities.
• Act as the official representative, enhancing visibility and influence in the local market.
• Build and maintain high‑level relationships with government entities, business associations and strategic partners.
• Provide market intelligence, analyse opportunities and risks, and advise UAE stakeholders.
• Support Dubai‑based companies entering the German market and attract German firms to invest in Dubai.
• Lead daily operations of the Germany office, managing resources, finances and compliance.
• Organise promotional events, trade missions and networking platforms to facilitate business connections.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in international business development or economic diplomacy.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing government and corporate relationships.
• Deep understanding of the German market and its regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to deliver market intelligence and strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
