Civil Engineer – CSA Engineer for Data Centre Projects

About the role

We are seeking a CSA Engineer to join a major new data‑centre development in Massen‑Niederlausitz, Germany. The role involves delivering civil, structural and architectural packages on a long‑term, mission‑critical project while working with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of civil, structural and architectural packages for the data‑centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, on‑schedule, high‑quality execution.
• Review drawings, technical specifications and construction documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting.
• Assist with planning, procurement and package coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering civil, structural and architectural works on large construction projects.
• Background in data‑centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, commercial or similar environments.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Full right to work in the EU or eligibility to work in Germany.
