Civil Site Manager / Construction Manager

About the role

As a Civil Site Manager you will lead civil construction activities on wind‑farm projects, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards. You act as an independent coordination hub on‑site, working closely with project management, contractors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress, quality and site conditions through regular visits.
• Prepare the site for upcoming activities and verify that all pre‑conditions are met.
• Oversee execution of civil works according to design documents, specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections and release subsequent construction phases based on defined quality criteria.
• Identify risks early, escalate deviations and support mitigation measures.
• Lead technical and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, ensure HSE compliance and provide structured reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical qualification with strong site experience.
• Proven experience in concrete structures or infrastructure projects; wind‑energy experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High level of ownership, independent working style and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Valid German driving licence, willingness to travel and German (minimum B2) plus good English.

Required skills
