Civil Supervisor – CSA Project Lead for Brownfield Plant

About the role

The client is seeking a Civil Supervisor / CSA Supervisor for a multi‑year brownfield industrial plant project in Leipzig. The assignment will support the transition from the final FEED stage through construction, commissioning and hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sub‑contractors on‑site and ensure compliance with permits and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site walk‑arounds and inspections, reporting progress and issues.
• Oversee the preparation and control of quality documentation for Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages.
• Coordinate with client‑side and EPC/PMC teams to align construction activities with project schedules.
• Support commissioning activities and the final hand‑over to operations.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience as a CSA Project Supervisor or Engineer.
• Background in industrial, energy, infrastructure or process‑related projects.
• Experience on construction sites, either client‑side or with EPC/general contractors.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural engineering concepts.
• Fluent English and proficient German language skills.
