Civil Supervisor – Renewable Energy Projects (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Civil Supervisors to lead civil, structural and architectural works on renewable energy substation and BESS projects in Germany. The role is hands‑on, safety‑focused and requires coordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality infrastructure on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ducting, drainage, cement works, excavation, substation and BESS installation.
• Plan daily activities, coordinate crews and ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct safety briefings, review risk assessments and enforce health‑and‑safety standards.
• Manage site documentation and act as the main interface with client representatives.
• Perform regular quality audits and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Identify and report any issues affecting cost, time or quality.

Required profile

• Strong civil/construction background; experience with electrical works is a plus.
• Proven experience supervising complex construction projects, preferably substations or energy‑related facilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality control practices.
• Proactive, solution‑driven leadership and coordination skills.
• German language proficiency is a significant advantage.
