About the role

The Client Advisor will represent Saint Laurent in its Munich boutique, delivering a memorable and sophisticated experience to every visitor. This role combines sales expertise with a passion for fashion, ensuring clients receive personalized service and after‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after‑sale service to all visitors and clients.
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio, anticipating future needs.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Create personalized, timeless looks for clients, showcasing deep fashion knowledge.
• Communicate authentically with clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships.
• Utilise available tools and applications to optimise business opportunities.
• Support front‑ and back‑of‑house teams, contributing to overall store spirit and performance.
• Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.

• Professional experience in high‑quality client service within fashion, accessories, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong personal taste and passion for fashion culture.
