Commercial Enablement Lead – EMEA

About the role

Join Videojet, a Veralto company, as the VESL Commercial for the EMEA region. You will drive adoption of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) across commercial teams, coaching leaders on funnel management, forecasting discipline, and continuous‑improvement practices.

Key responsibilities

• Coach sales and back‑office teams on VES fundamentals, including funnel management and forecast accuracy.
• Plan, run, and sustain Kaizen events to embed new habits and processes.
• Partner with country and regional leaders on structured problem solving when results deviate from targets.
• Conduct Gemba visits, joining sales reps on customer calls and ride‑alongs to observe and improve processes.
• Deliver training on VES tools and monitor habit retention post‑training.
• Act as a trusted advisor to country leaders, supporting growth, talent development, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven commercial credibility with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong coaching and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region.
• Flexibility to be based in Germany, France, the UK, or Italy.
