Commercial Finance Manager – Central

About the role

Join the Central Commercial Finance team at Freenow by Lyft and help shape financial steering across multiple markets. You will build and maintain the reporting backbone that enables senior stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, consolidate and maintain financial performance reporting across countries and business areas.
• Create and update reporting templates, dashboards and management‑ready presentation materials.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and narratives for senior leadership.
• Act as a liaison between operational finance teams and central stakeholders to ensure data quality and alignment.
• Validate performance data, identify inconsistencies and support ad‑hoc analysis and business cases.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, commercial finance or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
• Proactive, well‑organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable communicating complex ideas in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan (optional but preferred).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
