Commercial Graduate Scheme – German Speaker

About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech company as a Commercial Graduate and develop a deep understanding of its product portfolio while building relationships with prospective clients across Germany. This 12‑month scheme is designed for recent graduates who are fluent in German and eager to launch a career in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full suite of business offerings to confidently engage inbound prospects.
• Initiate contact with potential clients, nurture relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Support existing customers on contractual changes and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Fluent German language skills.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Logical thinker with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt.
