Commercial Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading international client in Bonn. The role focuses on overseeing contract lifecycle, supporting bid processes, and ensuring profitable commercial outcomes across complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review terms and conditions for master and frame contracts, including all related documentation.
• Provide consultancy and support throughout bidding and contract negotiations, preparing and reviewing tender documents to mitigate risk.
• Lead on‑site contract negotiations, develop negotiation strategies, and define risk‑control criteria to improve contract quality and project profitability.
• Manage contract quality and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Promote best practices in contract management by creating and communicating commercial term authorization processes to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to engage in cross‑cultural communication, embrace new challenges and exceed expectations.
