Commercial Marketing Lead – Germany

About the role

Corinex is looking for a Commercial Marketing Lead to drive its German market strategy. The role works closely with the German sales team and reports to the Canadian marketing headquarters, translating complex grid‑modernisation solutions into compelling, market‑focused messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and adapt technical content from English to German for utilities, DSOs and other energy‑sector stakeholders.
• Localise and execute Corinex’s broader German marketing plan, coordinating with the Canadian headquarters.
• Support the German sales team with account‑based marketing, customer workshops and sales‑enablement materials.
• Create customer‑facing assets such as presentations, solution briefs, event messaging and follow‑up documents.
• Assist in planning and delivering German events, trade fairs and industry forums, handling messaging, lead capture and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to ensure German‑market messaging reflects real customer needs and technical strengths.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience for highly technical products.
• 3+ years of experience in the energy, utilities or climate‑tech sector.
• Proven ability to translate complex grid and infrastructure topics into clear, commercially relevant messaging.
• Willingness to travel for events, workshops and customer meetings.
• Strong technical curiosity and quick learning of complex infrastructure solutions.
