About the role

Join Hilton Berlin’s vibrant dining team as a Commis de Rang & Bar. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, ensures smooth service, and contributes to memorable experiences in a world‑class hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise en place and set up the restaurant area.
• Set, clear, and clean tables while maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on food and beverage menus.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Process payments and compile daily sales reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the service industry.
• Comfort working in a large, international hotel setting.
• German language proficiency at least B2 and good English skills.
• Neat appearance, good manners, and a health certificate (formerly “red card”).
