Communications & Marketing Manager

About the role

Twentyfour Industries is seeking an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager to shape how the company is perceived by armed forces, procurement authorities, policymakers, investors, industry partners and the press. This founding role will start as a solo position and evolve into a small team supported by external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the company narrative and product positioning for diverse audiences.
• Run PR and media relations directly, building relationships before they are needed.
• Provide briefing notes, key messages and Q&A packs to all external‑facing voices.
• Oversee website, whitepapers, film, design direction and manage agencies as a unified system.
• Create marketing artefacts for events, tenders and customer programs, reporting on pipeline contribution, share of voice and message penetration.

Required profile

• 3+ years in communications, brand or marketing, preferably in defense, space, aerospace or a high‑complexity technical sector.
• Proven ability to craft and sustain brand positioning and messaging.
• Exceptional writing skills in German and English across technical and public‑facing formats.
• Deep understanding of European defence policy and institutions, especially German bodies.
• Familiarity with classification, export‑control and related clearance processes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with website and content‑management systems (CMS).
• Ability to produce or oversee film and design assets.
