Community & Social Media Manager – Build & Lead User Community

About the role

As the Community & Social Media Manager at voize, you will create and nurture a vibrant end‑user community for frontline care workers. Your mission is to turn everyday experiences into a movement that makes voize the brand they love, talk about, and recommend.

Key responsibilities

• Build the user community from scratch – select platforms, seed with power users, run onboarding, and manage daily activity.
• Own organic social channels for end users, producing written posts, short‑form videos and visual assets.
• Capture and publish authentic user stories, testimonials and user‑generated content from nurses and care staff.
• Develop a social & community playbook covering tone of voice, content pillars, publishing cadence and response guidelines.
• Lay the groundwork for events, champion/ambassador programs and key‑opinion‑leader partnerships.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing community and/or organic social for a B2B SaaS, health‑tech or purpose‑driven brand.
• Proven track record of building a channel or community from the ground up.
• Strong familiarity with community platforms such as Facebook Groups, Slack, Discord or WhatsApp.
• Hands‑on content creator who writes well and can produce short‑form video and visuals independently.
• Empathetic communicator able to earn trust from a sensitive, demanding audience.
• Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English.
