Construction Manager – Residential Project in Düsseldorf

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship residential development in Düsseldorf. The role involves taking full ownership of the project from groundbreaking through hand‑over, ensuring safety, schedule, quality and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities for a large residential complex.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Monitor and enforce project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain strict health and safety compliance in line with German regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and German building regulations.
• Fluent in German and good working knowledge of English.
