Construction Quality Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Construction Quality Manager for Bureau Veritas Construction Services, you will lead integration services throughout the design, construction and close‑out phases of large‑scale data‑centre projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and health‑safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Integration Services in design workshops, workgroup meetings and on‑site construction activities.
• Develop and assess procurement strategies for Corpnet, FF&E, AV, ROIP and Telecom systems, managing Bills of Materials and supplier quotes.
• Produce Integration Requirements Documents and drawings during the 60 % design phase and define Early Access and Beneficial Use milestones.
• Coordinate all integration scopes, stakeholders and inter‑dependencies on‑site, overseeing quality control per DIV01/DIV27 specifications.
• Manage the Defects Liability Period, snagging and hand‑over processes using Nexus software, and champion health‑safety standards on site.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Quality or Integration Manager on large‑scale data‑centre projects.
• Deep expertise in data‑centre specifications (DIV01, DIV27) and Defects Liability Period management.
• Strong knowledge of Corpnet, Telecoms, Security, AV, ROIP and FF&E systems integration and procurement.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
