Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join a fully remote, international team based in Germany. You will shape and execute content strategies that strengthen our brand positioning and drive business growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and SEO goals.
• Own the end‑to‑end content calendar, overseeing planning, production, publishing, and continuous optimization.
• Maintain high standards of content quality, consistency, and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and communications teams to optimize content for search engines, AI‑driven discovery, and integrated campaigns.
• Monitor performance through analytics and KPIs, using data‑driven insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Drive storytelling initiatives that communicate product value, company messaging, and thought leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, brand marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create engaging, high‑quality content supported by a strong writing portfolio.
• Experience in B2B technology or enterprise software marketing is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring content performance.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times per year.
