About the role
We are looking for a proactive Content & Social Media Manager to join our Stuttgart team. In this position you will take ownership of our social media presence, create engaging content and support marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and schedule social media posts, with a focus on Instagram.
- Maintain the content calendar and assist in campaign planning.
- Produce photo and video assets for online channels.
- Help expand reach, grow the community and foster engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise content strategy.
Required profile
- Strong intuition for social media trends and platforms.
- Creative, self‑driven and well‑organized.
- Interest in fitness, HYROX or hybrid training.
- First experience in marketing or content creation is a plus.
- Motivated to take ownership and build results from day one.
Required skills
- Experience creating visual content for social media.
- Ability to analyse basic performance data.
