Controller Segment Finance

About the role

Join Danfoss Climate Solutions as a Controller for the Segment Finance team. You will work closely with senior leaders across multiple functions to provide financial insights that shape strategic decisions and drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in Solutions & Technology, HR, Strategy, ESG, Public Affairs and Communications to deliver financial analysis supporting business decisions.
• Develop and enhance R&D controlling tools, processes and performance metrics to increase transparency.
• Lead the adoption of AI‑driven analytics and digital finance solutions to improve efficiency and generate new insights.
• Prepare financial reporting, benchmarking and management presentations for senior leadership and board discussions.
• Support forecasting, planning, profitability analysis and strategic projects across the Climate Solutions segment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in controlling, financial planning, analysis or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to collaborate across a global organization.
• Professional fluency in English.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP platform) for financial reporting and analysis.
