Corporate Legal Officer (Client Legal Administrator)

About the role

Join CSC Germany as a Corporate Legal Officer, also referred to as a Client Legal Administrator. You will support international clients operating in Germany by handling legal, tax and corporate administration tasks. The role combines client relationship management with hands‑on corporate housekeeping in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret client documents, regulations and procedures, including KYC and compliance requirements.
• Establish and maintain German client companies, ensuring corporate administration, accounting and back‑office tasks keep the entities in good standing.
• Coordinate with the Business Unit Manager Corporate Clients and act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
• Support the preparation of legal and tax opportunities for clients operating in Germany.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in an international company, law firm, tax or accounting firm.
• Comprehensive knowledge of German corporate law.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• High motivation, hands‑on mentality and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in German and English.
