Country Manager – Belgium & Netherlands

About the role

nydo is looking for its first local lead for the Belgium and Netherlands market (BeNe). As Country Manager you will own the full commercial and operational setup, from brand launch to daily sales, and will build a team as the region scales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the BeNe market strategy, including product, pricing, and growth plans.
• Manage local web shops – pricing, content localisation (NL/FR), campaigns and merchandising.
• Lead full‑funnel growth: paid media, SEO, social, on‑site conversion and retention.
• Create the BeNe playbook, prioritise initiatives and solve ambiguous problems.
• Optimise product portfolio, launch best‑sellers, switches and exclusive items.
• Build and activate marketing channels – Google, Meta, influencer, PR, partnerships and local events.
• Identify and execute revenue opportunities such as B2B, channel expansion and offline activations.
• Coordinate with central Operations teams on logistics, support, production planning and campaign execution.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Curiosity, speed and a data‑driven approach to testing and learning.
• Hands‑on execution style, comfortable with 80‑20 thinking.
• Ability to shape product, operations and growth in a fast‑moving environment.
