Country Manager – Germany, Austria, Benelux & Denmark

About the role

Revelyst is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead the commercial business for its flagship outdoor and performance brands across Germany, Austria, the Benelux region and Denmark. You will be the primary driver of sales performance, retailer relationships and market execution for Fox Racing and Bell Helmets.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial execution across the assigned countries, managing both sell‑in and sell‑through performance.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors and buying groups.
• Lead annual sales planning, forecasting and budget tracking on a country‑by‑country basis.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the regional sales team and provide support as needed.
• Gather and share market and competitor insights with the broader EMEA team.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of commercial experience in sports, outdoor, cycling, apparel or consumer goods.
• Proven track record managing key accounts and leading commercial negotiations.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
