Country Manager – Healthcare Solutions (Germany)

About the role

We are an established European provider of healthcare solutions seeking an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead commercial growth in Germany. Reporting to the international leadership team, you will shape market strategy, build strategic partnerships and establish a strong local presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for Germany.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare networks, outpatient providers and diagnostic organisations.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations from initial engagement through contract signature.
• Grow existing customer relationships while developing new strategic accounts.
• Analyse market developments and identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with international operations, service, engineering and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MedTech, diagnostic imaging, healthcare services or capital equipment sales.
• Track record managing regional or national sales activities within Germany.
• Strong consultative selling and strategic business development capabilities.
• Established network within German hospitals, healthcare providers or diagnostic organisations.
• Solid understanding of healthcare purchasing processes and decision‑making structures.
