About the role

As the Country Manager for Italy, you will lead Bosch's IoT-driven truck parking and charging solutions, shaping the market strategy and driving growth with fleet operators, parking providers, and charging infrastructure partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Italian market, focusing on logistics fleets, parking, and charging operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable sales and profit initiatives.
• Close deals, negotiate contracts, and oversee post‑sale delivery to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital innovation in logistics and mobility.
• Excellent communication skills in German and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, assertive, and results‑oriented work style.
• Several years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, mobility, or IoT.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
