About the role

We are seeking a Country Manager to lead the German medical‑cannabis business. The role is fully remote and carries full P&L responsibility for the national commercial agenda, reporting to the Managing Director, European Markets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow market share and revenue in Germany.
Lead all field‑sales and wholesale operations, driving aggressive revenue targets.
Scale customer acquisition, deepen existing relationships and expand distribution partnerships.
Build, coach and manage a high‑performing national sales team.
Implement a data‑driven sales culture and monitor performance against KPIs.
Own P&L, commercial operations and day‑to‑day execution of the growth plan.

Required profile

Proven experience in the medical‑cannabis sector (hard requirement).
Hands‑on commercial leader comfortable with both strategic planning and operational execution.
Track record of managing key customer relationships and delivering revenue growth.
Ability to recruit, develop and lead a top‑tier sales team.
