Country Sales Manager – Germany (Remote)

About the role

Great Foods is launching its operations in Germany and seeks a proactive Country Sales Manager to act as the brand’s first point of contact. Working remotely, you will build market presence from scratch, targeting retail, foodservice and industrial customers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and outreach.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline covering retail, foodservice, distributors and other food segments.
• Represent Great Foods professionally in meetings, product tastings and presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
• Collaborate with headquarters and export teams on pricing, logistics and product documentation.
• Provide regular market feedback to shape the German go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B food sales, preferably with canned, frozen or ingredient products.
• Strong network within German retail, foodservice or distribution channels is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and comfort working remotely.
