Country Sales Manager

About the role

As a Country Sales Manager you will lead the growth of our innovative heart valve portfolio, partnering with China‑based teams, field clinical specialists and cross‑functional leaders. You will provide clinical and technical guidance to physicians and care teams, ensuring expert use of our devices and excellent patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to drive business development and market penetration.
• Manage market access, tender bidding, award execution and contract renewal.
• Drive new client acquisition and strengthen customer retention to build long‑term partnerships.
• Achieve sales growth objectives and support regional market expansion initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder management across internal teams, clients and external partners.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle management to maximise product value and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies and quality standards.
• Lead team building, talent development and performance management.
• Responsible for regional P&L management, margin optimisation and ROI improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to the product portfolio.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and willing to travel nationally.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
