Creative Director – Design & Experiential

About the role

As Creative Director – Design & Experiential at Sunst, you will lead the translation of brand strategies into immersive, spatial experiences. You will shape visual worlds that span physical environments, activation formats, and digital layers, ensuring cultural relevance and design integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Transform brand positioning into spatial concepts, design systems, and experiential narratives.
• Craft mood, atmosphere, and spatial dramaturgy for immersive moments.
• Lead spatial and experiential concepts from initial idea through final realization, providing clear visual direction to graphic, motion, and production teams.
• Maintain conceptual and aesthetic integrity throughout the entire process, from pitch to implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, producers, and external partners, aligning creative vision with technical feasibility.
• Protect core ideas through development phases, refining concepts through iteration and critique.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or brand environments.
• Strong conceptual thinker with spatial intuition.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Culturally aware and comfortable in fast‑moving studio settings.
• Capable of moving between big‑idea strategy and detailed execution.
