Creative Project Management Team Manager

About the role

Designity is looking for a Creative Project Management Team Manager to lead and elevate a group of Creative Project Managers (CPMs). You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple client engagements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of CPMs, overseeing onboarding, performance, and growth.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to improve CPM confidence, efficiency, and leadership.
• Monitor delivery performance, reviewing timelines, capacity, risks, and execution accuracy.
• Analyze delivery data, surface risks, and recommend process or project‑management improvements.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery challenges and client concerns.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp‑up of new CPMs as the team expands.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership and operations to align delivery with business goals.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience leading or managing Creative Project Managers, including hiring and performance management.
• 7+ years managing creative projects in an agency or similar environment.
• Deep understanding of creative workflows across branding, campaigns, digital, and content.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate escalations.
• Highly organized, strategic, and self‑driven in a fast‑paced, fully remote setting.
• Availability to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
